RISE UP, Mothers In Israel!

Deborah of the Old Testament was both a prophetess and a judge. But, it was not in her stead as either one of these that Israel saw victory over a ruthless enemy given to terrorizing Israel with a menacing Canaanite army of 900 chariots and archers in harrassing pursuit of them for 20 years to the point they had to use secret wooded paths to complete their journeys from one place to another rather than the highways. (See Judges 4 and 5) The villages became like ghost towns under these oppressive conditions. When the Lord finally gave Israel the victory, Deborah declared that it did not happen until she arose a "Mother in Israel".

7 The inhabitants of the villages ceased, they ceased in Israel, until that I Deborah arose, that I arose a mother in Israel. Judges 5:7.

My friend, there is only ONE thing that makes you a "mother".   It's travailing in birth until a child is delivered!

We can have prophecies and prophetic ministries galore. We can have astute and holy  men and women of God giving wise counsel to our leaders.   We can have well-intentioned Christians setting the most lovely examples of "good Christianity".  

But in order to see DELIVERANCE and VICTORY and RESTORATION in our country, we need to see those who know how to travail and prevail in prayer until what was conceived in the secret place of much prayer and waiting on God comes to birth! THIS is what will drive back the enemies of the Cross, the foes of those who hate the liberty God has given to America, the menacing advance of evil and all it's tentacles in our land.  I don't need to elaborate.  You know every diabolical  legislation, lifestyle, and  perversion along with all the ongoing uncovered scandals meant to make us a prey for our enemies and destroy our land!

And what will that deliverance look like?  We live now in a time of fear.   People in fear stay behind locked doors in locked houses.   They don't freely walk the streets.  They  don't send their children out to enjoy playing in the woods, wading in the streams, swimming in the lakes, picking berries along the trail.  They don't even let their children wait alone at the bus stop for 10 minutes because they fear a drive-by kidnapping.  I remember when we used to do all those things!!!  I remember leaving the house by 10 in the morning to bike to the neighboring town to spend the day with my girlfriends, bike riding all over Long Island, taking the bus to the Mall to go shopping, and my parents never having to worry for a second that something might happen to me.  And I remember spending hours playing at the Quaker Meeting House graveyard near the beautiful Bethpage State Park without a care in this world.   Life is not like that anymore.    I sit outside in the backyard with my grand daughter whenever she goes to play for fear someone might snatch her driving up the side of our yard on the corner of the street.  

 Now, only the truly brave engage in society without a touch of fear plaguing their minds.  After all, Who knows where the next bomb might explode? Who knows where the next lunatic gunman might unload his shotgun or "semi-automatic"?  

My friend, THIS is what "deliverance" will look like!!!  

⁴ Thus saith the Lord of hosts; There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, and every man with his staff in his hand for very age.

⁵ And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof.  Zechariah 8:4 and 5.  

Very simply, we'll be able to enjoy life even "outside in the sunshine" without fear!  

First order of business: PRAY for the "mothers in Israel". It's a "spiritual term". A man can be a "mother in Israel" just as he can be part of the "Bride of Christ", and a woman can be in the company of the "sons of God". Spiritual things are spiritually discerned and understood.  There is no 'male nor female" in Christ, that is to say, when we are operating in the anointing of the Spirit of God!  (See Galatians 3:28)  PRAY that God gives those destined to be the "Mothers in Israel" strength to bring forth!

Shall it be this?

17 Like as a woman with child, that draweth near the time of her delivery, is in pain, and crieth out in her pangs; so have we been in thy sight, O Lord.

18 We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen.

Isaiah 26:16-17

Or this!!!

6 A voice of noise from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the Lord that rendereth recompence to his enemies.

7 Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child.

8 Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.  Isaiah 66:6-8.

Of course, we understand this speaks of the restoration of the nation of Israel. But, we can claim this scripture for the necessity of a NEW BEGINNING a NEW BIRTH for the United States of America, just as we claim 2 Chronicles 7:14 when we pray for the USA, which was also a word regarding  Israel!   Yes, through PREVAILING AND TRAVAILING PRAYER, God can turn hearts  back to Him and make things RIGHT that are WRONG in even as little as ONE DAY'S time!!

Heavenly Father, we ask You to raise up the true intercessors and strengthen them to pray as never before!!!   Raise up the "Mothers in Israel"!!   In the Name of Jesus we ask it, Amen and Amen!!!
